Alex Neilan

Sports Dietitian and Personal Trainer

MSc (ongoing), MSc, PgDIP, DIP, BSc, RD

As a sport dietitian and nutritionist, I help people feel more confident in their own skin and perform like athletes.

It can be frustrating and even upsetting if you train hard without getting the results you’re looking for.

It’s easy to become confused with all the conflicting dietary messages that saturate social media.

My mission is to provide clarity with an unbiased and evidence-based approach to nutrition that can be easily understood and applied.

Being behaviour change trained, my role is to resolve gaps in your current nutrition regimen with affordable nutrition support to give people Structure, Motivation and Sustainable results.

Whether your goal is to run a marathon or tone up to feel more confident in your own skin, I can design a bespoke nutrition regimen tailored to your goals and requirements.
